A Unique Experience for Your First Visit
We love seeing new patients and we’re pleased that you have come to us to talk about your family’s orthodontic care. Contemporary orthodontic care is for both children and adults. Our highly trained doctors are experienced in intercepting early problems of young children, teenage care, and also treating health related orthodontic issues of adults. 
It is recommended that your child be seen at age 7 for their first orthodontic evaluation. We understand that every patient has different desires, needs and expectations when it comes to orthodontic care; therefore, we take the necessary time to thoroughly discuss your concerns during your initial consultation.
One of our board certified orthodontists will complete a thorough examination for you or your child. This will help us determine if this is the best time for you to begin treatment, or if further growth and development is necessary. Our financial team will also work with you to discuss the cost of treatment and what payment options are available. Fees vary depending on the complexity of treatment, but we have a variety of payment options to help make your treatment more affordable. We also have a highly experienced insurance coordinator that will submit the insurance claims for you.
First Step – Initial Complimentary Consultation
Our doctors will perform an initial exam and explain the following questions: Is there an orthodontic problem?
- When should it be corrected?
- How long will it take?
- What appliance choices can you choose? (such as metal, clear, hidden braces or invisalign)
- What will be your time and financial investment?
Second Step – Records
If orthodontic treatment is needed, and you elect to start your treatment, a full set of diagnostic records will be taken to further study the treatment.
For your convenience, time will be reserved the day of your initial exam to complete this information including impressions.
Once the diagnostic records have been completed, the team of our board certified orthodontists will review the records and consult with each other to give you a true team approach to designing your specific treatment options.
