We are all excited to tell you about our OATS program. OATS stands for Orthodontic Associate Treasuries. You have a chance to earn really cool prizes by being a great patient.

Successful orthodontic treatment requires a lot of team effort. To reward you for doing your part, we have great prizes you can buy with OATS. You will have lots of chances to earn OATS by doing your part. OATS can be earned by wearing your appliances, such as headgear, rubber bands, lip bumpers, etc. Also, you can earn OATS for good brushing, keeping your appointment and being on time. All sorts of things can help you get more OATS such as community service, good grades, and going to your family dentist for your regular check ups and cleanings.

Now you are probably wondering what to do with all the OATS you earn. Your OATS can be traded for a number of exciting prizes including gift certificates to restaurants, music stores, videos, movie passes, t-shirts, and many more.

OATS RULES

1. OATS are only awarded on regularly scheduled appointments. Walk-ins or emergency visits do not apply.

2. The number of OATS you earn at each appointment is up to you.

3. The prize board is located in our office for the gifts you may spend your OATS on. The prizes may change from time to time. Not all prizes will always be available.

4. Your OATS are your responsibility. The OATS are just like real money. If you lose it, like money, its gone!

5. Once you spend your OATS on a prize, they are gone. You must earn more OATS to purchase more prizes.
